Here's the schedule, for the chronologically curious:

Weds & Thurs Block Info

Today began with a quick Bellringer Question:

The connection being to Scout in Ch. 3 of course. Calpurnia and Atticus both have some advice for her about how to treat, and be considerate of, other people.

Shout-out to 6th period for informing me that Panera Bread is the nice place to go for a lunch.

Also there was a Ch. 1-4 Review Kahoot (let me know if you missed it, I can reset it for you if you want)

Finally, students used a Venn Diagram to compare and contrast the 2 impoverished families we meet in the opening chapters: The Cunninghams and the Ewells.

HW for Friday:

• Read Ch. 5-7
• Complete an Annotation

Beginning the Book!

Today, students began the book!

3. We began reading the book!
