Weds & Thurs: TKAM 1-11 Quiz

Today there was a quiz in class on TKAM Ch. 1-11 (please see me to make it up if you missed this) (because it was a Summative grade) (which means it counts for a lot)

Furthermore, Mrs. Syes and I took up students' composition notebooks, to check student Annotation assignments for a HW grade.

Finally, Freshmen received this packet of Part 1 Analysis Activities, which is due on Friday.

• Continue working on Membean

Today began with a quick Bellringer Question:

The connection being to Scout in Ch. 3 of course. Calpurnia and Atticus both have some advice for her about how to treat, and be considerate of, other people.

Shout-out to 6th period for informing me that Panera Bread is the nice place to go for a lunch.

Also there was a Ch. 1-4 Review Kahoot (let me know if you missed it, I can reset it for you if you want)

Finally, students used a Venn Diagram to compare and contrast the 2 impoverished families we meet in the opening chapters: The Cunninghams and the Ewells.
